Fees Status Questionnaire

Edinburgh College is a publicly funded education institution and has different levels of tuition fees for students whose status is ‘home’ or ‘international.’ Whether you pay a ‘home’ or ‘overseas’ fee depends on whether you meet certain criteria.

Please take a few minutes to answer the questions below and provide the supporting evidence requested below so that we can calculate the level of fees (if any) you will need to pay for your course at Edinburgh College. Once you have submitted your Fees Status Questionnaire along with the supporting evidence we will endeavour to process it as quickly as possible and let you know the outcome. However, please be aware that due to the high volume of Fee Status Questionnaires being received at the moment it may be a few weeks before we get back to you.

Part 2: Your UK Immigration Status

Please select your UK immigration status by ticking the correct box below and enter your immigration status share code or upload a copy of the required supporting documents in Part 6 Starting from 17th April 2024, the Home Office began emailing people with physical immigration documents (like Biometric Residence Permit (BRP)) to invite them to create a UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) account to access their eVisa, which is digital proof of their immigration status. All BRP cards will expire on 31st December 2024, even if your permission to stay in the UK goes beyond that date and if the course starts in January 2025 we cannot accept BRPs as a valid supporting document

Even if you have not yet received an e-mail from the Home Office you should take action now using the link https://www.gov.uk/get-access-evisa to create your UKVI account which will allow you to access your eVisa and get your ‘Immigration Status’ share code.
Once you generate your ‘Immigration Status’ share code please enter the share code in Part 2.
